Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations & Coverage

We ship to all states and union territories across India, covering over 19,000 pin codes. We partner with India’s leading express logistics providers, including BlueDart, FedEx, Delhivery, and DHL, to ensure your precision parts reach you safely and on schedule.

2. Processing & Turnaround Times

Manufacturing lead time is separate from transit/shipping time. Lead time starts immediately after order confirmation and CAD verification:

• Express (Urgent): 24 to 48 hours manufacturing lead time (available for specific CNC and 3D printing configurations).
• Standard Production: Typically 3 to 7 business days, depending on batch volume, geometry, and surface finishes.
• Dispatch Notification: As soon as your parts pass quality inspection and are packaged, you will receive an SMS and email notification with the tracking link.

3. Shipping Rates & Computations

Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total volumetric weight of your packaged order and the delivery zone:

• Standard Shipping: Free shipping for all orders above ₹10,000. For orders below this value, a flat shipping charge of ₹150 applies.
• Express Air Shipping: Available at checkout for urgent prototypes. Charges are calculated in real-time based on weight.

4. Custom Secure Packaging

Precision machined components require careful protection to prevent surface scratches, thread damage, and structural distortion during transit. Our standard packaging includes:

• Individual bubble wrapping or foam casing for every machined part.
• Anti-static packaging for electronic components or PCBs.
• Heavy-duty corrugated outer boxes sealed with reinforced tape.
• Silica gel packs in all boxes to absorb moisture and prevent oxidization of raw metals.

5. Transit Insurance & Damage Policy

All shipments are fully insured against loss, theft, or damage in transit at no additional cost to you.

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please report it to us within **48 hours of delivery** by emailing support with photos of the damaged outer packaging and the parts. We will initiate a priority manufacturing run to replace the damaged parts immediately.

6. Tracking Your Shipment

Once dispatched, you can track the real-time location of your package directly from your dashboard under the **My Orders** section, or by clicking the tracking link sent to your registered email address and mobile number.
