Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, using our instant quoting system, or placing an order for manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using our platform and placing orders.

2. Manufacturing Services & Specifications

We offer precision manufacturing services including CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Laser Cutting, Wire EDM, and Sheet Metal Fabrication.

• CAD files: Quotes are generated based entirely on the 3D CAD files you submit. It is your responsibility to ensure the file configuration, dimensions, and thread representations are accurate.
• Tolerances: Unless specified otherwise in custom GD&T drawings, our standard tolerances are ±0.05mm for CNC machining and standard commercial guidelines for additive services.
• Feasibility: Our free DFM (Design for Manufacturability) review flags common design challenges. However, final suitability of design for functionality remains with the client.

3. Quotations & Ordering

Instant quotes are computed based on machine time estimation, raw material bulk, finishing requirements, and ordering volume.

• Quote Validity: All quotes are valid for a period of 14 business days from generation.
• Pricing adjustments: We reserve the right to amend pricing before processing production if CAD file complexity triggers additional manual tooling requirements that were not indexed by the instant estimator. We will always seek customer alignment before charging adjustments.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Designs: You retain complete ownership, copyright, and patent privileges for all CAD designs, technical drawings, and files you upload to our platform. We make no claim to your intellectual property. We are authorized to use your designs solely to prepare quotes and manufacture parts for your specific orders.

Our Platform: All website assets, code, pricing calculators, branding, and graphics are the exclusive intellectual property of CNC Tools.

5. Payment & Billing

All orders must be paid in full prior to the start of production. Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway partner (Razorpay). Prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupee) and are subject to applicable GST tax rates (which are clearly displayed during order checkout).

6. Cancellation & Quality Guarantee

Cancellation: Since all ordered parts are manufactured to custom user specifications, order cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of payment, before physical raw materials are allocated or machined.

Defect Claims: If your parts arrive damaged, defective, or fail to meet the tolerances defined in your drawing specs due to our manufacturing oversight, you must submit a claim with photos/dimensional reports within 7 days of delivery. Upon validation, we will perform a priority re-run or issue a full refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall CNC Tools or its partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, system shutdowns, project delays, or product failures) arising from parts manufactured on our platform. Our total cumulative liability is strictly limited to the transaction value of the specific order placed.
